Estate agents next to sister company - December 2011
A PLYMOUTH estate agents has opened a new office next door to its sister company.
Town and Country Estate Agents' new office on North Hill is adjacent to Town and Country Lettings. Earlier this year, Town and Country Estate Agents was formed by Richard Rabin and Tracy Brady.
The pair are directors of Town and Country Lettings but stressed the residential property company is separate from the similarly named lettings business.
Mr Rabin said the new office increases the firm's profile in a busy location popular with people looking for a property. He stressed buyers are not just reliant on searching the internet but still like to speak to an agent.
Mr Rabin said: "The launch of the new office has seen an increase in the level of footfall and buyer registration, across a broad spectrum of the residential market."
Gareth Forrest, also a Town and Country Estate Agents director, said: "Since opening the office we have seen an overnight increase in inquiries, and demand for properties is strong.
"We are currently seeing a high demand for properties within easy reach of Plymouth University."
Town and Country is a member of The National Association of Estate Agents, and the Plymouth Area Property Professionals Association.
New logo links firms under one name - November 2011
A PLYMOUTH lettings agents has completed its rebrand after branching out into selling houses. In April, Town and Country Estate Agents, based at North Hill, was formed by Richard Rabin and Tracy Brady, both directors of Town and Country Lettings.
The residential property company is separate from the similarly named lettings sister business. But with the new company having a fresh logo it was decided the lettings business should follow suit.
The new logo is a take on the well-established Town and Country Lettings giving it "a modern clean cut image yet maintaining its warm image".
Mr Rabin said "We are delighted with the new logo. It is a take on the old logo but establishes the company as the forward-thinking company that we are.
"It works so well with the two separate companies linking together under the Town and Country name."
